TVS 的简介
瞬态电压抑制二极管,简称TVS。当TVS两极受到反向瞬态高能量冲击时,它能以 10-12 s的速度,将其两极间的高阻抗变为低阻抗,吸收高达数千瓦的浪涌功率,使两极间的电压钳位于一个预定值,有效地保护电子线路中的精密元器件,免受各种浪涌脉冲的损坏。
TVS 的选型技巧
1.TVS的Vrwm应高出10% 以上的被保护电路的最大直流或连续工作电压、电路的额定标准电压和 “高端”容限。若选用的Vrwm太低,器件可能进入雪崩或因反向漏电流太大影响电路的正常工作。串行连接分电压,并行连接分电流。
2.TVS的Vc应小于被保护电路的损坏电压。
3.TVS的功率Ppp应大于被保护电路内可能出现的峰值脉冲功率。
4.TVS的Ipp应大于电路瞬态浪涌电流。
5.对于数据接口电路的防雷保护,建议选用低电容的半导体ESD。
6.根据用途选用TVS的极性及封装结构。交流电路选用双极性TVS较为合理;多线保护选用半导体ESD阵列更为有利。
