NCP3020是一款PWM器件,设计用于在宽输入范围内工作,能够产生低至0.6V的输出电压。NCP3020提供集成栅极驱动器和内部设置的300kHz(NCP3020A)或600kHz(NCP3020B)振荡器.NCP3020还具有外部补偿跨导误差放大器和内部固定软启动。保护功能包括无损电流限制和短路保护、输出过压保护、输出欠压保护和输入欠压锁定。NCP3020目前采用SOIC−8封装。
