LTM®4645是一个25A输出的开关模式降压DC/DC μModule®(电源模块)稳压器。封装中包括开关控制器、功率场效应管、电感器和所有支持部件。LTM4645在4.7V至15V的输入电压范围内工作,支持0.6V至1.8V的输出电压范围,由一个外部电阻器设定。只需要几个输入和输出电容。
它的高效率设计提供了约86%的效率,从12V输入到1.0V输出的25A连续负载电流。高开关频率和电流模式架构使其能够在不牺牲稳定性的情况下对线路和负载变化作出非常快的瞬态响应。该器件支持频率同步、可编程的多相操作、N+1相位冗余和用于电源轨排序的输出电压跟踪。
故障保护功能包括过电压和过电流保护。该电源模块采用节省空间的9mm * 15mm * 3.51mm BGA封装。LTM4645可采用SnPb(BGA)或符合RoHS标准的终端处理。
