美信RH6200 是一款超低噪声、轨到轨输入和输出单位增益稳定 运算放大器,具有 0.95nV/√Hz 噪声电压。 该放大器将极低噪声与 165MHz 增益带宽、50V/μs 转换率相结合,并针对低压信号调理系统进行了优化。 关断引脚可降低待机条件下的电源电流,而热关断可防止器件出现过载情况。 RH6200 在 4.5V 至 12.6V 的电源下保持其预辐射性能,并在 5V 和 ±5V 下指定预辐射和后辐射。
