MAX16425/MAX16425A是完全集成的高效开关稳压器,适用于工作在4.5V至16V输入电源、最大负载要求高达25A的应用。这些单芯片稳压器为需要快速瞬态响应的精密输出提供了一个紧凑的高效电源输送解决方案。
这两个器件有不同的可编程选项(详见表3a和3b),以实现广泛的配置。可编程功能包括:内部/外部参考电压、输出电压设定点、开关频率、过流保护水平(OCP)和软启动时间。可通过引脚限制启用非连续电流模式(DCM)操作,以提高轻载效率。
MAX16425/MAX16425A包括多种保护和测量功能。正负循环的OCP、短路保护和过温保护(OTP)确保了稳健的设计。当输入电压超出规格时,输入欠压和过压锁定会关闭稳压器以防止损坏。 在发生输出过压(OVP)事件时,稳压器会停止调节。状态引脚显示输出电压在范围内,输出电压处于调节状态。 该器件有一个模拟输出,可以配置为报告输出电流或结温,精度分别为±5%和±8℃。
这些器件采用27个凸点(2.2mm * 3.8mm)的WLCSP封装,提供低热阻并最大限度地减少PCB面积。
